Information We Collect
When you submit our booking inquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, guest count, and any details you choose to share. At events, we may also capture photographs and video; guests may opt out of having their images shared on our public channels.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals and contracts, provide our photo booth services, deliver galleries, process payments, comply with Georgia tax and licensing laws, and (with your consent) feature select event imagery in our portfolio.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate our business (e.g., email delivery, payment processing, cloud storage), or when required by law.
Your Rights (Georgia & US Residents)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@mirrormelux.com. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of states with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GA, CA, VA) have the right to opt out of targeted advertising — we do not engage in targeted advertising.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Acceptance
By engaging Mirror Me Luxe LLC or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Last updated July 9, 2026.
Services
We provide luxury mirror photo booth services for events in the Greater Atlanta metro and South Metro areas. A signed event services agreement governs each booking and supersedes general statements made on this site.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer of 30% and a signed contract are required to reserve a date. The remaining balance is due 21 days before the event. Late payments may forfeit the date.
Client Responsibilities
Client must provide a level setup area of approximately 8' x 8', access to a standard 110V outlet within 25 feet, and reasonable safety conditions for our staff and equipment.
Image License
Client receives a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use event images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Mirror Me Luxe retains the right to use select images for marketing unless the client opts out in writing prior to the event.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts actually paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit them. Some browsers offer a 'Do Not Track' (DNT) signal. Because there is no accepted industry standard for responding to DNT signals, our site does not currently respond to them. We do, however, honor deletion and access requests as described in our Privacy Policy.

DISPUTE RESSOLUTION & ARBITRATION
By using Mirror Me Luxe LLC's services, you agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising from or relating to your use of our services, this Agreement, or any services provided by Mirror Me Luxe LLC shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration and not through litigation in court, except that either party may pursue qualifying claims in a small claims court. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, and the laws of the State of Georgia shall govern this Agreement and any arbitration proceedings.
Arbitration is conducted by a neutral arbitrator rather than a judge or jury. Although judicial review of an arbitration award is limited, the arbitrator has the authority to award the same remedies and damages available in a court of law, including injunctive relief, declaratory relief, and any applicable statutory damages. The arbitrator shall apply and enforce the terms of this Agreement in the same manner as a court.
To initiate arbitration, you must submit a written request describing the nature of your dispute by email to info@mirrormelux.com. Upon receipt of your request, Mirror Me Luxe LLC will respond with instructions regarding the scheduling, time, and location (or virtual format, if applicable) of the arbitration proceeding.
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect. All filing fees, administrative costs, and arbitrator compensation shall be allocated in accordance with the applicable AAA rules.
Both you and Mirror Me Luxe LLC agree that all disputes shall be resolved solely on an individual basis. Neither party may participate in, initiate, or join any class action, collective action, consolidated proceeding, or representative lawsuit. If a dispute is determined not to be subject to arbitration and proceeds in court, both parties knowingly and voluntarily waive their right to a trial by jury.
Nothing contained in this section shall prevent Mirror Me Luxe LLC from seeking temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief, or pursuing any other appropriate legal remedy, in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
If any dispute is determined to be outside the scope of this arbitration provision, or if arbitration is otherwise unavailable, such dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.

Standards We Follow
Our website design and development aims to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We also strive to comply with the requirements of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as applied to public-facing commercial websites, and with applicable Georgia state accessibility guidance.
Website Features
Specific measures include: descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, semantic HTML landmarks that assist screen readers, sufficient color contrast between text and background, keyboard-navigable interactive elements including the booking form, focus indicators on form fields and buttons, and captions or transcripts where video content is used. We continue to test the site with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation and address issues as they are identified.
On-Site Event Accessibility
Our luxury mirror photo booth is ADA-mindful. The booth entry is designed to accommodate guests using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids, and our Photo Concierges are trained to adjust the booth height, prop selection, and guest flow to ensure full and dignified participation for all guests. Please notify us in advance of any specific accommodations you or your guests require and we will plan accordingly.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We regularly review our site and services and welcome feedback that helps us do better. We evaluate accessibility during every meaningful site update and prioritize fixes that remove barriers to booking, information, and event participation.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Mirror Me Luxe LLC handles booking retainers, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds. It applies to all luxury mirror photo booth events booked in the Greater Atlanta metro and South Metro Georgia areas. It supplements , but does not replace, the specific terms of your signed event services agreement. Last updated July 9, 2026.
Booking Retainer
To secure your event date on our calendar, we require a non-refundable retainer equal to 30% of your selected package price and add-ons, together with a signed event services agreement. Because a signed booking removes your date from our availability and prevents us from accepting other clients for that date, the retainer is non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described below.
Cancellations by the Client
More than 30 days before your event: You may cancel your booking and, at our discretion and subject to availability, transfer your retainer one time to a rescheduled event date occurring within 12 months of the original event date. Any difference in package pricing at the new date is the client's responsibility. Within 45 days of your event: The full package balance becomes due and non-refundable, as we have declined other events for your reserved date and have already begun logistical preparation. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@mirrormelux.com. Verbal cancellations are not effective.
Cancellations by Mirror Me Luxe LLC
In the rare event we must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to serious illness, equipment failure, natural disaster, government order, or other force major events, we will (at your option) either refund all payments made to us in full, or reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable future date at no additional cost.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Refunds cannot be issued in a form different from the original payment method. Any bank or card processor fees originally deducted from your payment are not refundable.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us in good faith to resolve a dispute, we reserve the right to pursue collection of the disputed amount and any associated fees under Georgia law.
